We collect only what we need to run your tour and deliver your book. We use cookie-free analytics on our own server, we never see your card number, and we never sell your data. That's most of it — details below.
Payments are processed by Shopify and by the booking platforms. Your card number goes to them, not to us — we never see or store it.
We run a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool (Umami) on our own server to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not build personal profiles, does not follow you to other websites, and shares nothing with advertising networks. That is why this site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Only the services that make the business work: the booking platforms listed above, Shopify for payments and order emails, and our own server, where the book delivery system and analytics run. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, ever.
Order and booking records are kept as long as required for accounting and so you can re-download your book later. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to your name.
Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email info@antiyureiyokaiclub.com and we will sort it out. Note that deleting your order record also removes your ability to re-download your book.
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. This policy is governed by the laws of Japan.
